The Downtown Lenoir Christmas Tree Festival will be held on Saturday, November 17th, 2018 from 10am to 4pm in downtown Lenoir. This street festival is in its sixth year and typically attracts 60+ vendors and draws many area visitors. The festival is coordinated by the Caldwell County Rotary Club, in partnership with the City of Lenoir. Caldwell Rotary uses profits (in the form of vendor fees) to fund partial college scholarships each spring for three Caldwell County high school seniors.
A main feature of the family-oriented holiday festival is the Kids Zone– inflatables slides, bounce house, a shuttle train, a balloon artist, mini golf, face painting, kettle corn, etc. There is also a live entertainment stage on the downtown square, and periodic live radio remotes by Foothills Radio Group.
With over 200 entries, the Lenoir Christmas parade has become a much loved holiday tradition with university and high school band performances, numerous floats , community groups, businesses and of course Santa float is the grand finale! Don’t miss this holiday happening!
