Our 2nd annual competition is a GO! This year, we are going bigger and harder! Mark your calendars for April 6th, 2019 at 12pm. We are partnering w/ the Unbroken Series this year who will handle registration and payment information:

This will be a (2) person team competition that will consist of (3) WOD’s. Teams may only be made up of Male/Male or Female/Female. Scoring will be based on a point system assigned to each WOD. There will be a 1st place prize for each division. There will be four divisions:
RX MALE | RX FEMALE | SCALED MALE | SCALED FEMALE
Pricing is $100 per team and each member will get an awesome t-shirt. We encourage teams to sign up as soon as possible as space may be limited. For any CFL member that would like to volunteer for the event, please see your coach.
WOD’s will be released soon. What to Expect:
Rowing, 15ft rope climbs, pull ups, heavy deadlifts, DB snatches, box jump overs (30/24 in), thruster ladder and beer keg carries/holds.
