National Public Works Week proclaimed for May 19 – 25, 2019

Mayor Joe Gibbons proclaimed May 19 – 25, 2019, as “National Public Works Week” throughout the city of Lenoir. Mayor Gibbons presented the proclamation to Public Works Director Jared Wright Tuesday, May 7.

City of Lenoir Public Works staff provide many essential services to residents and businesses. Public Works picks up your trash, maintains city streets, manages city cemeteries, and maintains city buildings and public spaces.
